I'm really sorry this happened to you! Kinda reminds me of one of our x-neighbors! We have horses and a very nice fence around the pasture, the horses could never get out of the fence, but I'll be darned if the neighbors teenaged kids did not go into the fence with 9 horses in the pasture!!! So, my dh put up an electric fence to keep the kiddos (weirdos) out! My kids did laugh one afternoon when one of the neighbors got "shocked". (It is some kind of dog shock, so it really is not that powerful.)
