They are supposed to be smaller for showing and set a little closer together. That's why I finally let Breezy go. I think Sam has a mixture of his mama and daddy's ears. her are tiny and just right and Ceeby's are not wide but longer and slim. His hair covers nicely and they don't look so out of place now that he has matured. I think they are just right.
You could probably get by with showing him tho because I see a lot of dogs in the ring with hiss ears. A larger bow takes up a lot of that space and his color is breaking true.
