Papers are being faxed to me to sign here in NY as I type this.
Negotiations are final and now we just wait for their inspections to be done and financing finalized.
We are by no means walking away with any sizable sum, but we will have this NH monkey off our backs and begin to move forward with the barn build.
That is more than enough for us!
