Awww. Is she 3 years?

This is not normal dog behavior-and definatley not normal Yorkie behavior. That is too bad. It sounds like she wasn't treated very well at all. Did the breeder keep her until she was 3? Then decide to get rid of her? It sounds like you just got her, but she's 3...I cannot imagine why someone would want to get rid of a 3-year-old dog (in this case I can). I cannot believe the breeder would even sell a dog like this. She is probably the one who put the poor dog in this state to begin with.

The trainer who trained Baxter was WONDERFUL! She had a great dane who she rescued and she tried EVERYTHING she could. The dog was VERY aggressive-at one point, she was afraid of her. She tried everything and eventually she had to put her to sleep. It was the worst thing she's ever had to do, but there are some situations where this is the only answer. I don't think it's the case with you though (yet).

I would NOT spray her with water-that's probably going to make matters much worse. I would try another tranier-find one who has delt with agressive behaviour.
