LOL poor Buster is on a diet too. At the last vet visit my vet told me Buster was "massive" at 8 lbs. He has a fat roll over his tail....and what ribs? There are no ribs on my dog. He has to get back to 5 lbs. We've been giving him green beans in his food....he doesn't eat them...he just snorts at me in frustration. Anyhow the vet tech told me there's a McDreamy, a McSteamy, well now there's a McFatty. I guess he was trying to be funny
. I don't see where giving him fruit will be a problem. Apples have fiber, and try the greenbeans, maybe your little guy will eat them.
