Dogs can have plain oatmeal. I wouldn't add any milk or spices or seasonings.
Ellie gets steel cut oats in her food. I just boil them and do nothing else to them.
Steel cut oats are very high in calories which would probably be good for her right now. Will she eat canned dog food?
