Some traditional Yorkies are born with a small amount of white just like Parti Carriers but unless you're Yorkie has a parent who's a Parti you really don't know for sure 100%. Parti's are homozygous for the parti gene and
always pass on 1 parti gene to all it's pups. Parti carriers pass the parti gene on to 50% of their offspring.
