Go through the CHAIN of commend at work place-your hubbys supervisor, through payroll- and Personal Dept.I'd write a letter/memo have supervisor sign it also- and send it to the next in line!(keep a copy)
If not taken care of you can contact Hour and Wage!Or other Federal or State employement offices!
Keeps records of every person you talk to, dates times, comments.- this CAN be very important.sit down and go back- and write it down now!
if a union, ask for a rep's help.-even if your husband is not in the union!
or you can have an attorney contact them-which if you have one might just be a phone call.
