Sounds like she has more of the Yorkie personality.
Do you crate her when she comes in? When they are still young it is better to not let them have free run of the house until they are 100% potty trained. The crate will do a lot for helping her to potty train. Go to the Training threads and there are several threads on potty training that will help. I hope I have made some sense.
