I am so sorry about your baby

It must be devestating to have lost your baby from a congential defect.
There are many many members here with yorkies that were born with congenital problems...unfortunately, they are too common in this breed. This is why I believe it is so important to find a reputable breeder that health screens all their dogs and knows their lines.
I don't know anything about the breeder you asked about. I usually refer people to the YTCA's breeder list as a starting place. However, it is then important for you to ask all the right questions to determine if they are ethical and someone you're comfortable buying from. And I'm sure there are reputable breeders outside of that list...but like I said, it's just a good starting place in my opinion. Here are the Georgia YTCA breeders
