I know how ya feel, I'm partially blind in one eye, cataracts in the other with 15 stitches in my left eye and 4 left on my right (two corneal transplants) 2 weeks ago I had to get my latest steroid injection in my eye due to graft rejection, so I know how it feels to typo/misswords/can't see very well.
I've got the keyboard memorized and my websites loaded to LARGE fonts, that's what helps me, you should try it. If you're using explorer you hit the CTRL button and scroll down wheel and it makes all the font on the website larger <3
