Kaya and I went to Wal-Mart and the grocery today to pick up a few things. On the way home, for some reason, I decided to stop at Mc Donald's for a fish sandwich. (I think I eat there once a year, now I remember why)

Kaya was in one of her bags on the front seat with the end open so she could peek out. As I pulled up to the window to pay, the kid leaned out a bit and said in a totally serious, monotone voice, "You have a rat in your car."

That statement brought over the other guy and they were both leaning out looking at Kaya's little head. I told them she was definitely NOT a rat, that I would never HAVE a rat in my car - that she was my little Yorkie. I explained we had been shopping and now she wanted lunch. (no, she doesn't eat McDonalds. ) They were now grinning from ear to ear at Kaya.

I just had to laugh as I pulled away. I assume they were doing the same.
