I know it hurts.
We had our 16 y.o. Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Chloe, put down on Valentine's Day, 3 years ago and it was heart breaking.
Hopefully all our doggies who have passed over are playing together at the Rainbow Bridge. You're right, they deserve that.
