I cannot stand irresponsible people! I am really sorry to hear about this whole situation. I am glad at least you can help. You know some people are so ignorant they think dogs are just like any other pets like rabbits, birds, hamsters etc. They dont realize that dogs need a lot of attention more then any other pets. The little pup is so young to go away from the mother
Usually all the kids want dogs but at the end I think we all know what happens, the parents are the ones that take care of the pets, its just the way it is. This lady obviously has no time for the pup oh this is so sad
I am glad you can be there and help out for this little guy. He is so cute. Try to put a ticking clock next to the pup when he cries just make sure he doesnt get to it to bite it. I heard it helps because it imitates the heart beat of the mother.
