I WENT ON THE AKC REGISTRATION SITE AND PUT IN THE NUMBERS THAT WERE GIVEN TO ME ON THE COPIES AND BOTH PARENTS WERE SUPPOSE TO REGISTERED BUT ONLY THE DAD CAME UP AND I NEVER GOT THE PAPERS, AND MY POOR LITTLE SAINT HAD TO BE PUT DOWN 10 DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT HIM, THE BREEDER DECIDED NOT TO HELP ME WITH THE VET BILLS, OR REIMBURME ANYTHING, SO I SUED HERE AND WON ALL MY MONEY BACK...
SORRY SO LONG BUT THERE IS A POINT, WE AS BUYERS HAVE RIGHTS ITS CALLED THE PUPPY LEMON LAW, IN CALIFORNIA THE BREEDER HAS TO BE LINCENSED AND OR BE A HOBBY BREEDER, AND THEY HAVE AROUND 60 DAYS I THINK TO GIVE U THE PAPERS PROMISED OR THEY ARE IN BREECH OF CONTRAT SO THEY EITHER HAVE TO GIVE U 75% OF WHAT U PAID FOR THE DOG IF U WANT TO KEEP IT OR REIMBURSE U THE WHOLE AMOUNT, IF U SURRENDER IT, WELL WE ALL KNOW THERE OUR BABIES SO THEY CANT HAVE THEM BACK... THERE ARE RIGHTS FOR US..
