hi everyone, i have a 2 yr old male that seems to be having white flakes. it seems like something is falling from his body when he shakes that looks white. he also seems to be shaking more than my other dogs.

i use oatmeal sampoo and he also gets fish oil. his been on the fish oil for about 8 wks or so and still no improvements at all. i did talk to my vet office and they suggested to use fatty acid conditioner which i have been using but i do not leave it in for 15 min (like the instruction says to do). i just didnt feel safe leaving it in his skin for that long. do u think its ok to leave it in for 15 mins??

please help me! any advise would be greatly appreciated!

btw, his skin doesnt look white or dry. it has a normal skin color.
