I Feel So Bad For Him & The Yorkie
Yes The Doggie Should Have The Freedom To Go Out More Often And Be Walk, But Unless This Man Is Mistreating Him Or Not Feeding Him Properly, His Friends Should Of Assisted In Maybe Taking The Dog To The Vet When Needed Or Grooming When Needed , But Not For Ever Dogs Are Great Companions, They Should Let Him Keep The Dog. I'm Sure His Dog Misses Him. I'm Sure Is Like He Says .the Dog Did Not Care About Him Not Been Like Everyone Else, The Doggie Only Wants Someone To Love Them. I Hope Everything Works Out For Him And The Best Interst Of The Dog
