Congrats on getting your puppy! I would recommend taking your harness and leash with incase you need to stop for potty break, and a water bottle.
For toys my fellas love little stuffed toys, little toys that squeek and they can teeth on. Maybe a alarm clock that ticks, so it sounds like a heart beat.
Then just lots of love.
As for food, I love innova, and orjien is great as well, very little grains and no filler!!!
