oh my. this pup is sounding more and more like my little shelby. Have you tried the Natural Balance roll? It looks like salami. Petco carries it (sometimes they have 99 cent samples). you can chop up a slice and give it as treats or use it for her food. It got Shelby interested in eating. then I moved on to finding a dry food she would eat...which led me to the Nutro Lamb and rice puppy. (kind of big kibbles but they aren't as hard as some)
I am sure you have read some of us play games with our dogs to get them started on food. Just roll a few pieces across the floor. It might help.
