I agree, I would NEVER put a puppy though this before 6 months myself. Chewy hardly ever humped any thing, and I know some dogs that hump even after they are fixed...Chewy never marked anything...and he was neutered at 6 months.
I was a wreck at 6 months putting my little guy under. And he was about 4 pounds by then.... imagine taking a tiny 12 week 2 pound little baby in to go through this ordeal just because you don't want to wait!!!! There's no way I would unless there was some life threatening reason to.
