ohhh ok. He has teeth but they are not all there. He has the canine ones and the ones in the front look like they are just growing in

This puppy was whining all night. My bf's sister seemed annoyed cause he obviously was disturbing her sleep, he was crying really loud! My bf and i decided to leave it there so she can learn that it is a great responsiblity like a baby. She then warmed some milk and tried to give it to him but he wasn't hungry. It's cause he misses his momma, or littermates. When we were playing with him earlier he seemed fine. We did give him dry food and he ate it, we wet it with water. So im thinking he is 8-10 weeks old. I def. think he is mixed. I want to take it to the vet today but she doesn't want to give my bf money for it
