I have a little bit of experience in this area. I found out I was one over the limit after I had already got her and went to register.
I was also told you are not allowed a kennel license within city limits. There are zoning laws that prevent kennel limits from being given in the city so there isn't a way around the limit (at least here).
I am always extremely nervous about someone saying something about me being over by one and it's a constant stressor.
The neighborhood is pretty dog friendly but one of my neighbors is not... |
