I'm feeling your pain. I have a company that messed up my order for over 2 weeks, has failed to communicate or answer emails, told me it was being shipped out last Friday morning - it wasn't & as of monday at noon it was still sitting on backorder status. I gave their customer service supervisor heck & she finally went to the warehouse herself, made sure everything was in the pkg & then she gave into my appeal that they cover the outrageous shipping fees.
But I wanted my pkg in the mail, and I ended up hitting a local ship |
