Just for future knowledge....I buy Fish-mox from Revival Animal Health Products. Fish-Mox is amoxicillin in capsule form. Revival will even provide a sheet that tells how to mix it with water and how much to give your dog. Any time I have a female that is showing the early signs of mastitis I start giving her amoxicillin twice a day and usually by the second day the mammary glands are back to normal.
