I think it is so ignorant for a city to decide how many pets someone is allowed to have...that's no different than telling someone how many children they can have
Here it is no more than 4 cats or dogs combined. I have three (right now 4 with Rylie)...I really don't care what the city says though...if I wanted more right now, I'd have them. No one really checks here anyway.
