After I figured out what his schedule was I let him curl up with me and set my alarm for 4 hrs. (at night, that is). During the day it is: eat, piddle, play 15 min., piddle, sleep, piddle. Makes for a busy, busy time.
Good luck.

I put mine in her crate and put the crate on the bed next to my head (too). Otherwise, if I leave her on the floor, she will not sleep and not stop screaching and nobody gets any rest.
