I hate city limits! Like you said, I understand it to an extent. I live in a townhouse so we don't have all the room in the world, or a huge yard but I definitly would have room for one more little yorkie, but our city limit is only 2. Our neighbor has 2 bigger dogs, not sure what kind, but their townhouse is a lot smaller then ours and I honestly wonder if they ever trip over the dogs! The living rooms alone in that style barely fit up to 4 people comfortably!
