Will she eat other things? (not that I'm telling you to give her scraps, because I'm not. I was just curious if its just the dog food that she doesn't like.) If she will eat other stuff, like snacks, then, why don't you do something with her food? Try grinding it in a food processor. Add some water or chicken broth.. I grind the puppies food and add water then warm it up, they love it that way..
