I drink lemons in my sweet tea, at home and at restaurants. I do wash my lemons at home, but, for 22 years that I've been drinking sweet tea, I've never been sick after eating at a restaurant. I will still continue to drink lemons in my sweet tea...I'm sure there is a lot worse that goes on in restaurants that most people don't know about..I've seen girls in fast food restaurants, that work there, coming out of the bathroom as I'm going in a stall, and they don't wash their hands, and go right back to work.
