When my Yorkie was a puppy, I feed him 3 times a day at 12 weeks old. He doesn't eat much when it comes to kibbles but the vet said to let him eat as much as he could in 15 minutes. It is okay with puppies. They do need the food to help them grow. They will stop if their full. Later on, I just resorted to feeding him wet food mixed with cooked food. He doesn't pick when it comes to wet and cooked food because it is tasty and unlike what everyone says, fresh food is always better and less nutrition being destroyed. He has been doing fine on it since and doesn't pick. |
