There is a powder you can put in the ear that allows you to get a better
grib if hair needs to be taken out. I have never even cleaned Buddy's ears.
They have very little hair in them and are always pink inside.
I use a Whal moustache trimmer for the butt area and private area.
Took me a couple of times to use it before I felt comfortable with it.
It does not pull and does a good job in these areas. I also use it under
his neck. Depending on the cut you give your pup. Keep up the good work
and you will be glad you did. No more worry about sending him off to
the groomer's and hating the cut. You now only have yourself to blame
if you don't like it. I will not cut his nails. I am afraid of that. I did
just order the new peticure for them. Do a search on it and you might
like it. No cutting just place the nail in the opening and it does the
work for you. Check it out.
Looks like I need to get that Whal trimmer!! We have one for my husbands hair, I wonder if that could work too I too heard about that peticure thingy I might have to invest in that. Let me know if you like it and its worth it!! Thanks so much for the tips!! Parker never had to go to the groomer and I am glad its going to stay that way. I like doing it all myself, as you said, if I don't like it I only have myself to blame. Plus I am saving money, which who can argue with that!
