UPDATE: Thanks for all your advice about food. I decided to switch Pixie to Chicken Soup for The Pet Lovers Soul from Royal Canine. I really didn’t do it gradual, kind of 50/50 mix.
I noticed the difference immediately. Now she is 100% on Chicken Soup and I’m so happy with the food. At first, she didn’t like it – I had to put a little parmesan cheese in her food.
But now she is head first into her dog bowl. Now she has small, not-stinky, firm poop, – No more runny-bloody stool! Also, another thing I have noticed – she doesn’t look so bloated/fat anymore.
I am so happy with Chicken Soup and it was the lowest price food that I have tried (Bil-jac, Royal Canine, and Nutro)

She will be 6-months Friday. She will be neutered on Tuesday and I am assuming getting some teeth pulled. Her teeth her terrible, double teeth all over (terrible breath of course).
