This same thing happend to my friend Michelle when she was pregnant with ALL THREE OF HER DAUGHTERS!! She would pass out every single day (it wasn't always in the shower though), sometimes twice in one day! I don't know what caused it but her 3 girls were born healthy and with no problems whatsoever.
