I woke up Monday morning and felt like I had been hit by a mac truck. I was FREEEZING which is so not like me. I am always hot and will wear flip flops in the ice/snow. Monday I had on two pair of pants, a turtle neck, two jackets, and a blanket... I could not get warm!
I went into work thinking that it would pass. It did not. It just got worse and I was not able to focus. I had to take myself to Urgent Care to be told that I had the flu
It has settled in my hips and my back. Which has made me not been able to move hardly. Today is the first day that I have been able to get up. And no fever today so I am hoping this means I am on my way to recovery.
He gave me darvacet for the pain (I could hardly stand it was so bad), tamiflu, and a zpack.
My goal is to take a shower and wash my hair. Wish me luck!
