If you are unsure you should at least speak with your vet over the phone.
I would say a teaspoon or a tad more would be okay ,but only if that happens today and does not keep repeating itself.And it is clear and no odor.
Mom seems normal (eating ,going about her usual behavior and temp is normal)and pups are active? That all being a yes would reasure me.
