I use the following which is a hybird of one of our breeders here:
1 can goat's milk mixed with 1 can water
2 egg yolks (no white)
1 small carton of plain or vanilla yougert with active culture
2 tablespoons Kayro syrup
4 packets (one box) Knox unflavored gellatin
Sprinkle unflavored gellatin over goat's milk/water to soften. Add remaining ingredients mix well and pour in a 9x13" pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1" squares. I offer a couple of cubes about 3 times a day. |
