Do mean Science Diet? If it were me, I would discontinue the SciDiet, the Royal Canin AND the chicken breast asap. All of those things could be problems. From there, it depends on what you're willing to do - are you willing to cook or do you want kibble or canned or raw?

And, have all his blood tests (liver, pancreas, kidney) come back okay?

Slimy/bloody poos can progress into alllll sorts of worsening problems, so I'd definitely suggest making some changes - the suggestions, though, depend on which direction you want to take (that determines supplements too, so...)....
