I'm also in AZ and have had the same thing happen to us but with a
different bank. I called and disputed the money taken, it was
investigated and returned to my account with in a few days.
So, are they unwilling to help you? And if they aren't going to help
you this obviously benefited your friend once again so what's she saying?
