They are all the same unless you go with a small credit union, and then you don't get all the nifty features like online bill pay.
We've switched banks multiple times because of problems and we just have more problems. You have to watch them SO closely. You seriously have to log in EVERY day to make sure things are right.
I had BOA once not credit a deposit. It just never showed up as pending or cleared. I went to my local bank and they couldn't even help me - I had to go to the bank that I made the deposit at. Luckily I had my deposit ticket or they said they could not have helped me. The girl was there that MADE the deposit and no apology or explanation. I overheard them saying the wrong state code was entered and it just got lost in cyberspace. Then they got mad when I stood to the side and logged in on my iPhone to make sure it had been credited to me account. They were whispering to each other "she doesn't believe us she has to check it on her phone!" WOW.
