I couldn't help but laugh when I read "the groomer ruined my puppy". I would definately complain. This is why I do mine myself. Of courde they don't look very professional but some of the grooming jobs I've seen don't either. The price is definately right too. He will grow out before you know it. His poor belly will heal, just keep an eye on it so he doesn't develop a secondary infection.
