 Hurt
This message is not about my new Yorkie puppy, Walker. This is about my almost 17 yr. old Lhasa Apso, Max. We finally made the decision today to put him down. I'm so sad...you can't imagine. I've had this dog for so long and have tons of memories of trips he has taken with me and things we have done together and to watch him suffer through every breath right now just breaks my heart! I can do nothing but cry and sit here and pet him and spend his last few hours with him. We're going to the vet this afternoon and I will be there for him one last time. I hope there really is a Rainbow Bridge. Max was a good dog and he deserves a place like that. I just have such a tough time letting him go! Oh, man....this sucks! Why does it have to hurt so bad? Sorry, I'm bringing you guys down... |
