Of course you should let them know you are not happy with the cut
and also the burn on your pet's tummy. It is possible other's have
also experienced the same and complained. You never know. You paid
for a service that you did not receive and you have a right to tell them.
Don't be shy, it was your money. Also mention if there is a problem
with the burn and you have to go to the vet's they will get the bill!
That's only fair.
