  $100!!!

  I like the idea of requiring a health certificate, but that price is ridiculous.  They cost $15-30 here in Oklahoma, it varies by vet.  Its the Buyers who end up paying for this. 
Sorry, I know this is off-topic, I was just astounded at that price.
