the key is as said in the post right above mine, when you cant constantly have your eyes on them then yur yorkie needs to be in a pen. I look at it this way, if they potty in the house then it is your fault because you created the perfect environment for them to do it.

The only time they will be able to get possitive training from peeing inside is when you see them do it, then you can punish them in whatever way you have established. That way they know they did something bad for sure. if you find pee on the ground you cant punish them because they will think they are being punished for just standing there.

watch em like a hawk or pen them is the only way to go.
