Try to relax-it's not uncommon for women to have a cycle or two each year that we either don't ovulate, which can delay a period, or sometimes even those of us that are really regular can spontaneously miss a period due to stress, illness, or for unknown reasons. If you find out you're not pregnant, and your period doesn't return on the next cycle, see your doctor.

I agree.. First morning urine is the best for the test. Also make sure your not using the dollar store dollar test.. Those tend to be faulty. My own opinion. Blood test are the best way to go if your truly concerned and your still testing negative. It will pick up your hormone level.. Good luck.. Try to not stress yourself out. It can also alter your period or throw it off track.
