Does anyone know if California has bail bondsmen? If they do then she would only need $1,700 (if it's set at 10%)to be released. Wisconsin doesn't have bail bondsmen and requires the full amount. Often, at the second court appearance, the judge will reduce the bond amount which is what I'm guessing happened in this case. |
