Sooner Fashion Mall in Norman, OK allows you to bring your furbabies into the mall as long as their feet do not touch the floor. We also take ours to Lowe's, Home Depot, NorthPark Mall in OKC, Bass Pro Shop, and we can dine outside in the patio area at Earl's BBQ in Bricktown in OKC. I wish all businesses would allow pets as long as they are carried, in a carrier, or a stroller.

Have you tried going to any other malls, like Penn Square or Quail? I've only been to Sooner and nobody there seemed to mind.
