Scrappy doesn't do that... there are 2 different times when he typically wants picked up.
1. When he and the kids are terrorizing each other and he's gotten in a little over his head - he comes running and hides behind/between my legs (or inside my pantleg if I hold still enough and let him) - he's wanting picked up for some mamalovin.
2. When he's getting sleepy. He tries to turn into a cat and climb up my leg. If I'm sitting on the floor, he'll try and try until he gets into my lap - then he turns around a few times and cuddle down. Then he jumps up and pokes me in the face with his nose, then lays back down and his eyes close.
Another funny habit out of Scrappy - when he wants something (usually people food) and he's trying very hard to be good and calm so he'll get what he wants, yet make sure that he is not forgotten he sits his bootay right on my foot... and stays there!
