Good for you and BEST of luck! I think you are making a wise decision for yourself and your health. Remember the surgery helps with the initial loss, but you need to change your lifestyle in order to keep it off. I had a friend who had the surgery, her whole family is morbidly obese. About 2 years after the surgery, she is back to being morbidly obese bc she never did anything to change the way she ate, or started working out, nothing. I think you are brave and very proactive
