I agree with Diana. It is probably the people with tiny yorkies that think any yorkie over 3 pounds is huge.
Your vet would have told you if he thought he was too heavy. I'm not even sure how you would get an 11 week old puppy to be overweight. You would have to be force feeding it junk food.
